How do I return an item?

You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return. The credit is usually given within 14 days after we have received your package.

1. Pack the item and fill out return form

Put all items to be returned in the package. To ensure faster processing, please fill out the enclosed return form and put it in the package with the items.

2. Post return

You can drop off the package at a package shop of your choice. You have to pay the shipping for the return yourself. We recommend a return with insurance to be able to prove your order in case of loss. Please keep the return receipt issued until you receive the refund.

3. Refund received

Once we have received your return, it may take up to 14 days for it to be processed and the amount credited to your account. After processing, you will receive a confirmation by email. Depending on the payment method, the transfer period may vary. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
